From start to finish your staff were fantastic, especially considering the call was out of the blue with no notice. To have a team on site to put together a quotation and scope of works within a few hours was fantastic and everyone I spoke to and spent time with from the company was very accommodating of any queries that the scheme manager, residents or myself had. The two engineers who attended to do the main body of work were incredibly hard working and deserve a pat on the back for their efforts. On behalf of the residents at the scheme I would also like to pass on a large thank you for the limited disturbance of the supply.
