Pipefix Limited (Controller) we are committed to processing personal information about our customers in a way that complies with our legal obligations. Below we set out some of the keys points in how we manage this.

- We do however share your personal data with third parties who are contracted to us, for example we may share your address/site address to any supplies who will deliver materials direct to site.

- We will not bombarded you with emails or telephone calls regarding sales or marketing, however we will use your information to contact you regarding the ongoing of works or in ways to improve our customer service.

- To maintain a good working relationship whilst your works are ongoing.
- For invoicing purposes
- For internal reporting
- To notify you of any increase on prices
- To investigate any complaint that is made
- We will not use your information for any direct marketing information without your consent to do so.
- To comply with Health and Safety Regulations or to report an incident that has occurred.
How long will your information be stored:-
We will hold your personal data for no longer than the Controller sees fit. Below are some factors we consider before erasing your personal data:
- Legal obligation to retain customers information for the purposes of HMRC for the minimum of 6 years.
- Potential disputes
If your enquiry is concerning a quote or a site visit then this information is held by the Controller for a period of no more than 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Your Rights:-
Under the new GDPR Regulations you have rights to do the following
- The right to request access to your data
- The right to correct your data if it is incorrect
- The right to object to your data being processed
- The right to erase your data at any given time.
