A review of water bills for the past year(s) provides basic information regarding the change of water use over time. This simple pattern may reveal a gradual increase in water use whilst operations on a site have remained the same. This could indicate leakage or wastage ocurring on a system. Similarly, a peak of water use may be unaccounted for and suggest potential wastage of water.
Our review includes the processes occurring on site to check the sewerage services charges are appropriate and an assessment of the rate at which water is being used to confirm that the appropriate water meter is being used to supply you. Standing charges are often higher for larger water meters and so downsizing your water meter may trigger some savings.
The analysis may point to the need for a more detailed water audit of premises or confirm the presence of leakage and the need for leak detection.
