If your sewerage system fails we will find the cause of the problem. In this way we can offer you a permanent solution, rather than a temporary fix. We recognise that not everyone has access to sewer plans or record drawings and therefore that details of the sewerage system may be extremely sketchy. We can establish how your drains were installed and determine the best way to permanently resolve the issue.
Surveying and CCTV are combined to assess gradients of pipe work, materials used, internal condition and points of ponding, cracking, crushing, root ingress, etc. Our comprehensive survey reports detail the cause of the problem and the appropriate solution.
Similarly, if your septic tank has failed or your package sewage treatment plant is not performing as it should be, we will survey the installation and recommend improvements to re-establish the desired treatment standard. If you have repeated failures against your Consent to Discharge we will liaise with the Environment Agency upon your behalf whilst working to resolve the problem.
