Water Systems

We install and repair mains and services in all of the standard water pipe materials. Works are usually conducted in accordance with the Civil Engineering Specification for the Water Industry as a benchmark for best practice within the industry.

Installations take advantage of both trenchless technology and traditional open cut trenching using the advantages in each installation practice to provide the most cost-effective pipe system.

Sewerage Systems

We offer a complete installation service for sewers, pumping stations and treatment plant. Our works are installed to standards set within the Sewers for Adoption Specification. Liaison with the local Water Company concerning connections to the main sewer can be undertaken to provide you with a complete package of works.

Sewers are perhaps more prone to operating problems than most pipe systems as abuse of the drain can easily lead to blockages. We undertake the jetting and clearing of drains and will survey regularly recurring problems to establish whether there is an underlying cause. Drains that are laid to shallow falls, have sharp bends or changes in gradient often struggle to maintain a self-cleansing velocity for the effluent which results in regular problems.

Root ingress, infiltration water, crushing or collapse of pipes can all be identified by CCTV survey, and the appropriate remedial action undertaken. We conduct land surveys to confirm sewer gradients.
