Tracing and repairing leaks

Pipefix offer a complete Find & Fix repair service for all domestic water mains and service pipe work. We can find leaks and bursts and carry out repairs on any size or material of pipe, even if it is under a building or driveway. Where possible we use 'moles' to pull new pipes through your property to minimise disruption. Most leaks can be fixed in a day or less.

What to do if you have received a waste water notice from the Water Board

If a Water Inspector has visited you recently then they will probably have detected a leak which is on your section of the service pipe - the pipe which connects your house to the mains. You are obliged to repair this leak as quickly as possible and Pipefix can do this on your behalf. Contact us for a free survey and quote.

What happens next?

We will send a surveyor out to your property and provide you with a quote to either repair the leak or renew the service pipe. We do not charge for the surveyors visit or the quote. Generally we recommend replacing the service pipe because if your pipe has failed it is probably at the end of its useful life and will leak again somewhere else if we do a patch repair. If necessary we will liaise with the Water Company on your behalf.
