Commercial and Domestic Drain Surveys

Our surveyors can trace and map your drains, inspect them and investigate any problems that you have experienced. We use the latest technology to bring you a fast and cost effective evaluation of your drain systems.

Many property buyers now insist on a pre-purchase inspection, and some lenders also request a survey before a mortgage is agreed.

We guarantee that a full report of the completed survey will be with you within 5 working days. The standard report includes a plan of the drainage layout, surveyors reports and observations with annotated ‘stills’ of the footage showing where any problems have occurred and estimated costs for any remediation works.

High Pressure Water Jetting

Our vans carry high pressure jetting equipment, enabling them to carry out immediate remediation of blockages caused by fats, oils, grease, scale or tree roots.

Maintenance Contracts

Regular scheduled visits are more cost effective than emergency call outs. Pipefix offer bespoke service plans to minimise the risk of blockages, flooding and service interruption. Pipefix can also conduct scheduled maintenance on sewage treatment plants and pumping stations. Call us for further details.
